Pessimism Stalks the Housing Market
There is a Mexican stand off in the housing market place. The owners of a house dont want to reduce their price, and the buyers would like a bargain. Unfortunately there are a lot of houses that are marketed by a estate agent, and only the best get shown, and at a price that register as a bargain from the buyers prospective. In reality the best is a newly refurbished flat or house, in a good location that the property buyers would be interested in.
We get calls from tired landlords or owners of a house who have not had a single person round in 6 months. When we ask why we discover that the decor is just ok, not even fine for renting definitively not for selling. We ask about the price and they say it was evaluated 3 years ago for 125K. That does not work as well. If you want to sell NOW, and if your flat is not up to date the last thing that an estate agent wants to do is show your house to a prospective buyer. Why waste a visit when there are cheaper good value houses and in a lot better nick?
But what happens if you are in ill-health (or an inherited property) and must move out from your home? That is when our proposal comes in: we bring the property up to date, you can quickly sell to a buyer, in a matter of weeks, and you will get the credit for an up to date price.
“YouSellQuick gave me a very good deal and helped me through the whole process.”
“I got exactly what they offered in my bank account, nothing less, no extra fees or commissions.”
