New Land Registry Data Shows a Fall in Values
New data from The Land Registry shows a fall in the average home value during February. However, it must be noted that there are certainly differing regional statistics.
Year on year the average price of a home across the UK has fallen 1.7%. However if you are looking to sell your home in London you should have experienced a 3.2% yearly rise. At YouSellQuick our enquiries do reflect this and we have found the large majority of those who wish to sell their home privately are from the northern half of the country. In fact today’s figures have shown that the biggest decline in prices was in the North-East with a dramatic yearly fall of 7.1%.
If you are looking for a quick sale for any reason you may be moving abroad or have simply inherited your home then do get in touch. We offer fair values for homes all across the UK.
“YouSellQuick gave me a very good deal and helped me through the whole process.”
