Hometrack: Prices Remain Stable For 18 Months
Hometrack who are a national property information provider, show that house prices have failed to rise on a month on month basis for over a year and a half. Prices remained flat during January followed by a 0.2% decrease during December.
Public perception isn’t great either, well renowned website Rightmove have shown that only 25% of people believe that prices will be higher this time next year whereas 30% actually believe prices will be lower.
For those wishing to sell their house fast, selling on the open market is only one of a few options that you may consider. Selling to a quick sale company can provide you with the freedom to move on and unlike our competitors we provide a very fair price.
Many desperate sellers are turning to the auction house to sell their property, however many don’t realise that specialist company like ourselves can provide a far greater offer.
Unfortunately there seems to be further uncertainty facing the UK housing market. Reports that lenders are likely to further restrict their lending criteria will prevent even more would be buyers from buying your property.
If you wish to sell for any reason be it ill-health or an inherited house or you simply require a quick sale we encourage you to speak to one of our advisor’s first.
At YouSellQuick we don’t need to take your valuable equity away from you, instead we can provide you with a similar offer to our competitors and allow you to keep all the remaining equity in your name.
